Background
GENDEC started operation in June 1993, essentially as a joinery business. As the demand for other on-site building jobs intensified our involvement was shared between:
- Building construction
- Joinery
- Interior construction
- Roofing, Tiling, Painting etc.
GENDEC is equipped to handle all aspects of Building Construction including Partitioning, Air-conditioning, Ceiling, Mouldings, Roofing, Flooring, Painting, Plumbing, Electrical, Architectural Drawing to include full texture colour layout in three dimensions(3D); computer aided designs (CAD), Space Planning, Quantities, Project Management and Project Document.
We are a member of the "Jamaica Woodwork and Furniture Association".
Registered Contractor with the "Jamaica - National Contracts Commission"

Our management and technical staff consist of Construction Manager, Civil Engineer and Architect, all of whom have at least 10 years working experience and tertiary level training in their respective disciplines.
